End of the feature to add videos to notes

From December 1, 2025, you will no longer be able to add videos to notes in any chat. This does not apply to notes in OpenChats.

Note: OpenChat is only available in Japan, Taiwan, and Thailand.

After the feature ends, you will no longer be able to add videos to notes or edit them, but videos that were already added won't be deleted.
