Situations where action is required on your device:
• Another group member accidentally canceled your invitation.
It's possible that the person you invited or another group member accidentally canceled your invitation. Please try inviting the person to the group again.
• You've blocked the person.
You may have blocked the person you want to invite or add to the group. If you block someone, their display name will not appear on your friend list. Please unblock them and try adding them again.
• The maximum number of group members has been reached.
You will be unable to send new invites if the maximum number of people that can join a group has already been reached. Please either remove some group members or create a new group.
Situations where action is required on the invitee's device:
• The invitee didn't tap Join.
If the Members join automatically setting is turned off for the group chat, invitees can choose whether or not to join the group. They will only be added if they tap Join. If they tap Decline, they will not be added. Please ask the user to join the group via a message or other means.
• The invitee has already received an invitation from the group.
If the person has already been invited to the group, you can't send them another invitation. If they're listed as a pending member, please check with them regarding joining.
