About authorized apps and deauthorizing them

When you use the LINE Login feature, apps and websites other than LINE will be registered as authorized apps. You can use authorized apps with your LINE account.

If you're no longer using an authorized app and want to deauthorize it, see the steps below.

On your main device (typically your smartphone) 1. Tap the Home tab > Settings > Account.
2. Tap Authorized apps.
3. Tap the authorized app you want to deauthorize.
4. Tap Deauthorize > OK.

On your sub device (typically your tablet)
iPad 1. Tap Settings > Account.
2. Tap Authorized apps.
3. Check the pop-up message and then tap OK.
4. Tap the authorized app you want to deauthorize.
5. Tap Deauthorize > OK.

Android 1. Tap the Home tab > Settings > Account.
2. Tap Authorized apps.
3. Tap the authorized app you want to deauthorize.
4. Tap Deauthorize > OK.

If you want to use an authorized app that you previously deauthorized, use the LINE Login feature again.

Please note that the information in View permissions varies for each authorized app. To check the permissions for an authorized app, see the steps below.
