About rich menus

You can use this feature on LINE versions aside from LINE for iPad/Windows/Mac (Sub devices).
Rich menus are the large menus displayed at the bottom of LINE official account chats that are used to link you to external websites, distribute coupons, and more.
If you enter a chat with a LINE official account, then display or tap the rich menu, that data is sent to the LINE official account's administrators. The provided values are used for the official account's administrators to understand how effective the rich menu is and to make improvements.
The following data is currently shared.
• The number of times the rich menu was displayed and the number of users who displayed it in total
• The number of times the rich menu was tapped and the number of users who tapped it in total
• The number of times each selectable area of the rich menu was tapped and the number of users who tapped it
Also, we take the privacy of users who display or tap rich menus seriously. To reduce the possibility of individual users being identified, we only provide insight data when the total number of users who tapped a rich menu is 20 or more during the applicable period.
