Change to how the feature to unsend messages works

Based on users' usage of the service, the period during which messages can be unsent will change from the end of October 2025.
Note: The timing for this change to be applied varies by country.
You can still unsend OpenChat messages within 24 hours of sending them.
Note: OpenChat is only available in Japan, Taiwan, and Thailand.
Details of the change:
Before: You can unsend a message up to 24 hours after sending it.
After: You can unsend a message up to one hour after sending it.
