About the redesign of the LINE app

We are gradually rolling out the redesigned LINE app to provide an even better experience for our users.
Note:
- Due to the gradual rollout, the way some features are accessed may change at different times depending on your LINE account.
- This change is limited to users in Japan.
As part of this redesign, the following changes will be rolled out, starting with some LINE accounts:
• A Shopping tab will be added to the bottom navigation menu.
• The LINE VOOM service will be moved from the bottom navigation menu and can be found under Services in the Home tab.
• Some features in LINE VOOM, including camera, themes, and hashtag search, will no longer be available.
• A Friends tab will be added to the top of the Chats screen, and the way some features are accessed will be changed.
Useful info
• Tap See the changes to learn how to navigate the new Chats screen.
• Follow the on-screen instructions by tapping as directed.
• If you don't want to review the instructions right away, tap Later.
• Continue following the instructions until the end, or tap
at the top right of Brown to exit the on-screen instructions.
We also plan to change how some features are accessed and where they appear as part of the ongoing redesign. For more details, please refer to the related Help articles for each feature.
