LINE stickers are illustrations or images you can use to send greetings or express your emotions.

In addition to the regular stickers, other types, such as sound stickers, message stickers, and custom stickers, are also available. Aside from purchasing individual sticker sets, you can also join LINE Stickers Premium, which allows unlimited use of selected stickers for a fixed price.
Note: LINE Stickers Premium is only available in Indonesia, Japan, Taiwan, and Thailand.

Purchasing stickers:
You can only use this feature on your main device (typically your smartphone).

Purchased items cannot be canceled or returned.

- You need to use Coins to purchase stickers. Be sure to purchase Coins beforehand.
- If you're using LINE for PC, you can purchase stickers on LINE STORE.
- You can go to the sticker purchase screen by tapping a sticker sent in a chat.
- You can download free stickers from the FREE tab in the Sticker Shop.
- Items that are or may be generated or modified by AI are marked with AI icon
To purchase stickers:
1. Open LINE on the main device your LINE account is registered to.
2. Tap the Home tab > Stickers.
3. Select the sticker set you want to buy.
4. Tap Purchase.
Note: If you don't have enough Coins, tap OK and then purchase the required amount of Coins.

By tapping heart icon on the side of the sticker set screen, you can check back on the stickers that interest you after adding them to your wish list. Your wish list can only be viewed by you as long as you don't change your privacy settings.

You can check your sticker purchase history by following the steps below.

1. Open LINE on the main device your LINE account is registered to.
2. Tap the Home tab > Settings > Stickers.
3. Tap Purchase history.

Downloading/checking individual stickers:
You can use this feature on devices aside from LINE for PC sub devices.

To download/check stickers one by one, see the steps below.

- You can use the feature to download individual free stickers with the latest version of LINE. (Update LINE to the latest version.)
- You cannot add message stickers and custom stickers to star icon.
To download individual stickers:
1. Tap the Home tab > Stickers > the PREMIUM or FREE tab.
Alternatively, tap Settings at the top left of the Sticker Shop screen > My Stickers.
2. Select the sticker set you want to download from.
Note: If you want to download individual free stickers, conditions need to be met.
3. Select one sticker from the list of stickers, then tap Add to favorites.

You can also download stickers one at a time by:
• Tapping star icon to the right of a sticker sent in a chat.
• Selecting a sticker shown as a suggestion when entering a message in a chat, then tapping star icon.
To check your stickers:
1. Tap the Chats tab > a chat.
2. Tap sticker icon at the bottom of a chat.
3. Tap star icon at the top of the list of stickers.

After the LINE redesign (Japan only) Note: We are gradually rolling out a redesign of the LINE app. For more details, see About the redesign of the LINE app.

To check your stickers, follow the steps below for your device.


Main device 1. Tap the Chats tab > Chats at the top of the screen, then select a chat.
2. Tap sticker icon at the bottom of a chat.
3. Tap star icon at the top of the list of stickers.

Sub device 1. Tap the Chats tab, then select a chat.
2. Tap sticker icon at the bottom of a chat.
3. Tap star icon at the top of the list of sticker


Stickers that expire:
If you see stickers with a red or yellow badge on your sticker set list, it means they have expired or are close to expiring.

• Stickers with a yellow badge will expire within 10 days.
• Stickers with a red badge have already expired.

Once a sticker set expires, it will automatically be deleted 20 days later. After displaying the tab for the relevant sticker set, it will be immediately deleted when you select another tab.


Settings related to sending stickers:
The settings related to sending stickers are Sticker previews and Display suggestions.

Sticker previews
You can use this feature on devices aside from LINE for PC sub devices.

Sticker previews let you see what the sticker you're sending is like.
To turn sticker previews on or off:
On your main device 1. Tap the Home tab > Settings > Stickers.
2. Turn Sticker previews on or off.
Note: If the setting is off, stickers will be sent immediately when you tap them.

On your sub device
iPad 1. Tap Settings > Stickers.
2. Turn Sticker previews on or off.
Note: If the setting is off, stickers will be sent immediately when you tap them.

Android 1. Tap the Home tab > Settings > Stickers.
2. Turn Sticker previews on or off.
Note: If the setting is off, stickers will be sent immediately when you tap them.

Display suggestions
You can use this feature on LINE versions aside from LINE for Chrome (sub device).

Suggestions automatically display recommended LINE stickers and emoji that match the message you entered.
Note: Some stickers and emoji are not compatible with this feature.
To change the suggestion feature setting:
On your main device 1. Tap the Home tab > Settings > Stickers.
2. Tap Display suggestions.
3. Turn Display suggestions on or off.

On your sub device
iPad 1. Tap Settings > Stickers.
2. Tap Display suggestions.
3. Turn Display suggestions on or off.

Android 1. Tap the Home > Settings > Stickers.
2. Tap Display suggestions.
3. Turn Display suggestions on or off.

Windows/Mac 1. At the bottom of the main menu, click Settings icon > Settings.
2. Click Chats > Basic tab.
3. Under Sticker suggestions, turn Show suggestions on or off.

If you want to add a language to use with the suggestion feature, click download icon next to that language in the Add languages column. The languages you've already downloaded appear in the Language column.

Follow-up stickers
You can only use this feature on your main device (typically your smartphone).

On the main device where your LINE account is registered, you can use follow-up stickers by turning on Display suggestions after sending a message.

With the follow-up stickers feature, suitable sticker suggestions are temporarily displayed for the entered message even after it's sent.


Changing the order of/deleting/re-downloading sticker sets:
warning icon  Be advised
- You can download up to 1,000 sticker sets.
- This limit applies to LINE version 15.14.0 or later on iPhone and iPad.
- If you reached the limit, please delete any sticker sets you no longer use before downloading new ones.
- When you delete a sticker set, it will no longer be available for use until you download it again.

Changing the order of sticker sets in chats
You can use this feature on devices aside from LINE for PC (sub device).

To reorder the sticker set icons that appear at the top of the chat text box (after you tap the stickers icon), drag and drop the sticker set icons where you want them.

Changing the order of/deleting individual stickers in chats
You can use this feature on devices aside from LINE for PC sub devices.

1. Tap the Chats tab > a chat.
2. Tap sticker icon at the bottom of a chat.
3. Tap star icon at the top of the list of stickers.
4. Tap Edit favorites.
5. Tap and hold, then move the sticker you want to change the order of, and then tap Done.

To delete stickers, tap X icon next to the sticker > Done to delete an individual sticker, or tap Delete all > Done to the right of Expired stickers to delete them all at once.
Note: Individual stickers showing a red badge in step 3 can also be deleted by tapping the sticker > Delete.

Changing the order of/deleting sticker sets from Sticker set order
You can use this feature on LINE versions aside from LINE for Chrome (sub device).
On your main device 1. Tap the Home tab > Settings > Stickers.
2. Tap Sticker set order.
3. Tap and hold drag handle icon for the sticker set you want to reorder, and move it to where you want it.

To delete the sticker set, tap minus icon > Delete.

On your sub device
iPad 1. Tap Settings > Stickers.
2. Tap Sticker set order.
3. Tap and hold drag handle icon for the sticker set you want to reorder, and move it to where you want it.

To delete the sticker set, tap minus icon > Delete.

Android 1. Tap the Home tab > Settings > Stickers.
2. Tap Sticker set order.
3. Tap and hold
To delete the sticker set, tap minus icon > Delete.

Windows/Mac You can only change the order of sticker sets on LINE for Windows/Mac.

1. Click Stickers icon at the bottom of a chat.
2. Click the edit icon at the top right of the screen.
Note:
- If you're using LINE Stickers Premium, click My Stickers.
- LINE Stickers Premium is only available in Indonesia, Japan, Taiwan, and Thailand.
3. Click the Stickers or Emoji tab.
4. Click and hold reorder icon to the left of an item, then drag the item to your preferred location.

Re-downloading sticker sets
You can use this feature on devices aside from LINE for PC sub devices.
On your main device 1. Tap the Home tab > Settings > Stickers.
2. Tap My Stickers.
3. Tap Stickers.
4. Tap Download all or download icon.

On your sub device
iPad 1. Tap Settings > Stickers.
2. Tap My Stickers.
3. Tap Stickers.
4. Tap Download all or download icon.

Android 1. Tap the Home tab > Settings > Stickers.
2. Tap My Stickers.
3. Tap Stickers.
4. Tap Download all or download icon.


Windows/Mac Hiding/showing sticker sets:
To hide a sticker set:
1. Click Stickers icon at the bottom of a chat.
2. Click the edit icon at the top right of the screen.
Note:
- If you're using LINE Stickers Premium, click My Stickers.
- LINE Stickers Premium is only available in Indonesia, Japan, Taiwan, and Thailand.
3. Click the Stickers tab.
4. Click Hide icon to the right of the sticker set.

To unhide a sticker set, click Show icon to the right of it or Show all at the bottom of the screen.
Note: Be aware that clicking Show all will display all items on the screen.


Arranging stickers:
You can use this feature on devices aside from LINE for PC sub devices.

The Sticker Arranging feature lets you combine multiple stickers and change their sizes, angles, and positions before sending them.
Note: You can use this feature with the latest version of LINE. (Update LINE to the latest version.)

After opening the canvas where you can arrange stickers, make your adjustments on the canvas.

To open the canvas:
1. Tap sticker icon in a chat.
2. On the sticker keyboard, tap and hold a sticker that you want to arrange, or drag it to the center of the screen.

If you want to arrange and send stickers shared in a chat, tap and hold the relevant sticker and tap Arrange to open the canvas.
Note: The Arrange option will not appear if stickers that can't be sent are included.

To adjust a sticker:
By tapping a sticker in the canvas, you can adjust its size and rotate it. You can combine up to six stickers by tapping or dragging the stickers you want to arrange from the sticker keyboard. To remove a sticker from the canvas, tap X icon at the top left of the sticker.

- If you tap and hold a sticker that does not support the Sticker Arranging feature, the canvas will not open.
- When the canvas is opened, stickers that do not support this feature will be grayed out and an error message will appear if you try to add one to the canvas.
- Sound, custom, message, pop-up, and effect stickers cannot be used with this feature.
- The stickers supporting this feature are subject to change.
