We've confirmed the following issue occurs with LINE for iOS versions earlier than 15.18.0.
Issue details
After accessing the Help center from
in the LINE app and tapping
at the top left of the screen, the loading icon remains on the screen, preventing users from proceeding.
Note: You can return to the Home tab by closing the Help center.
Troubleshooting
This issue has been resolved in the latest version of LINE (LINE for iOS version 15.18.0). Please update the LINE app to the latest version before using it.
