You can use this feature on LINE versions aside from LINE for Chrome (sub device).

There are several types of stickers. The following is a summary for just some sticker types.

Sound Stickers
These stickers play sounds with still images. Sounds will play when:
• Your device is not in silent mode.
• You send or receive sound stickers with the chat screen opened.
• You tap to preview a sound sticker on the Sticker Shop.
• You have the volume raised on your device and tap a sound sticker.

Custom stickers
These stickers let you personalize them by adding your own captions. You can change the caption on these stickers as many times as you like.

- The character limit for captions varies by sticker set.
- Editing a caption does not affect stickers that have already been sent.
- You can also edit captions from the Sticker Shop and My Stickers.

Saving captions for custom stickers You can use this feature on LINE versions aside from LINE for iPad and LINE for Android tablets (sub devices).

Main device 1. Tap the Home tab > Settings > Stickers.
2. Tap My Stickers > the custom stickers you want to edit.
3. Tap Enter caption and enter your text.
4. Tap Save.

Sub device
Windows/Mac 1. Click stickers icon at the bottom of a chat.
2. Click the custom sticker set you want to edit from your list of sticker sets.
Note: Custom sticker sets are marked with T icon.
3. Click Edit caption at the bottom of the sticker set.
4. Enter your text and click Save.

Message stickers
These stickers let you personalize them by adding full sentences (up to 100 characters, including spaces). You can edit the text for message stickers as many times as you like. You can also preview how messages will look before purchasing.

Previewing messages before purchasing a sticker set You can only use this feature on your main device (typically your smartphone).

1. Open LINE on the main device your LINE account is registered to.
2. Tap the Home tab > Stickers.
3. Tap the message sticker set you want to purchase.
4. Tap the sticker you want to preview.
5. Select Enter message under the sticker being previewed.
6. Enter your text and wait for it to automatically appear on the sticker.

Note:
- Previewed messages won't be saved.
- When you purchase the message sticker set, it will be downloaded with sample text.

You can also edit the text in message stickers after downloading them.

Editing text and saving it to be used again later

Main device 1. From the tab displayed at the top of your sticker selection list in a chat, tap a message sticker set.
2. Tap the sticker you want to edit.
3. Tap pen icon in the sticker preview.
4. Enter your text and tap Save.

Sub device
iPad/Android 1. From the tab displayed at the top of your sticker selection list in a chat, tap a message sticker set.
2. Tap the sticker you want to edit.
3. Tap pen icon in the sticker preview.
4. Enter your text and tap Save.

Windows/Mac 1. Click stickers icon at the bottom of a chat.
2. Click the message stickers you want to edit from your list of sticker sets.
Note: Message sticker sets are marked with pen icon.
3. Click pen icon for the sticker you want to edit.
4. Enter your text and click Save.

Your new text will be saved in the sent message sticker so it can be used again in the future.
Note:
- You can enter up to 100 characters (including spaces).
- Editing text will not affect message stickers that have already been sent.

Editing the text for only one message You can use this feature on LINE versions aside from LINE for PC (sub device).

1. Enter your sticker text in the text box and tap stickers icon.
2. Tap pen icon above the list of stickers.
Note: The text you entered will be applied to all of the message stickers.
3. Tap the sticker you want to send.
4. Check the preview and tap the sticker to send it.

After you send the edited message sticker in the chat, its text will go back to how it was before.
