I can't use LINE Stickers Premium even though I haven't canceled my subscription

Note: LINE Stickers Premium is only available in Indonesia, Japan, Taiwan, and Thailand.

If you can't use LINE Stickers Premium, an auto-renewal payment may not have been successfully completed.

Payments are made through Apple and Google Play. For this reason, we are unable to check details such as the payment status on our end. Check the following information based on the device you're using.

iPhone

Please check the Subscriptions screen and payment method for the Apple ID you used to purchase the plan. If you have any questions about the status of a payment or other related details, please contact Apple Support.

Android

Please log in to the same Google account that you used to purchase the plan, then try the troubleshooting tips below.
Note: Check with the Google account where the plan you're subscribed to appears on the Google Play Subscriptions screen.

• Try registering your payment method once again.
• Update your LINE app to the latest version.
• Restart your device.
• Try making the purchase once again in an area with a strong network connection.
• Confirm the payment method you selected with your Google account (e.g. the expiration date of your credit card; your Google Play balance).
• Clear the data for the Google Play Store/Google Play services apps:
1. On your device, tap Settings > Apps > Google Play Store.
2. Tap Delete data.
3. Restart your device.
