You can only use this feature on your main device (typically your smartphone).

You cannot link or unlink your Apple ID/Google account for 24 hours after transferring your LINE account for security reasons. If you want to link or unlink your Apple ID/Google account after transferring your LINE account, please try doing so after 24 hours.
To link your LINE account with your Apple ID/Google account, you need to be using the latest version of LINE. If you haven't done so, update LINE to the latest version.

To link your Apple ID/Google account to your LINE account, see the steps below.
1. Open LINE on the main device your account is registered to.
2. From the Home tab, tap Settings > Account.
3. Tap Link next to Apple/Google.
