Important: LYP Premium is offered to users in Japan, while LINE Premium is available to users in Thailand.

Steps to check your membership info:

On your main device (typically your smartphone) 1. Tap the Home tab > Settings > LYP Premium icon Premium/LINE Premium.
2. Tap Membership info.

On your sub device (typically your tablet)
iPad 1. Tap Settings > LYP Premium icon Premium/LINE Premium.
2. Tap Membership info.

Android 1. Tap the Home tab > Settings > LYP Premium icon Premium/LINE Premium.
2. Tap Membership info.

You can check the date you subscribed to LYP Premium/LINE Premium and when it automatically renews from the order details and receipt sent to you by email from Apple or Google.


If you're unable to check your membership info (Japan only):
If you joined LYP Premium outside of the LINE app, you will not be able to check your membership status in the LINE app without linking your Yahoo! JAPAN ID and LINE account.

Also, you will not be able to cancel your membership from the LINE app even if you've linked your LINE account. If you're trying to cancel your membership, see LYP Premium FAQs. (Only available in Japanese.)
